욕지도 가는 길 OTWT Yokji Island

 몇 달 만인가? 오랜만에 육지 갈 일이 있었는데, 어떻게 욕지도까지 가게 됐다. 3월 31일 한일 골드스텔라호를 타고 여수에 내려 1박. 다음날인 4월 1일 경남 통영의 삼덕항까지 가서 욕지도까지 왕복하는 카페리 욕지영동고속호에 올랐다.

 This is YokjiYeongdongExpress, car ferry between Samdeok port and Yokjido island in Tongyeong.

 이미 봄기운이 화사한데, 코로나19 사태만 아니었으면 저기에 차량이 가득했을 것 같다.

 욕지도 가는 길은, 다도해가 있는 남해여서 그런 지, 곳곳에 자그마한 무인도들이 여기저기 흩어져 있었다.

 I was able to spot a lot of deserted islets on the way to Yokjido.

 삼덕항에서 욕지도까지는 약 1시간 걸렸다. 도착하면 욕지도의 중심가(?)가 한눈에 들어온다.

 It took an hour from Samdeok port to Yokjido. You can watch over the main street upon arriving.

 여기가 왼쪽으로 욕지항이 있고 멀리 배 선착장이 있는 욕지도의 중심가이다. 주변에 식당과 펜션, 카페 등이 밀집해 있는 곳이다.

 This is the main street of Yokjido between Yokji port in the left and the ferry port in the distance. There are restaurants, pensions, cafes, and so on, between them.

 욕지도에 세워놓은 뽀빠이와 올리브 조각상. 무슨 일인가 싶다. ㅎㅎ
