봄에는 도다리쑥국

봄이 제철이라는 도다리쑥국. 여정의 첫 도착지인 여수 갯가길 식당에서 처음 먹어봤다. 도다리와 쑥이 단맛을 내서 부담없이 단맛을 즐길 수 있었다.
The first food I enjoyed in the mainland was flounder and mugwort soup at Gaetgagil seafood restaurant in Yeosu, South Korea.
The owner told me that the sweet taste comes from the fish and mugwort themselves.
